    Promotion Period: The Promotion starts on 20th January and concludes 9th February 2025.

    Eligible Persons: An individual is an Eligible Person if they are:

    • Are 15 years of age or older; for individuals under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian approval is required to accept the prize and must be accompanied by a parent or
      legal guardian for the concert.
    • Are a current Living Rewards member (or have joined and completed registration prior to the draw taking place.
    • Be available to attend the concert drawn for, Melbourne in the state of Victoria, Australia.

    Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the Promotion (and their Immediate Families) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Families means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

    Verification Requirements

    The proof of purchase will be used to verify that the product featured in the Winner’s entry is a Participating Product. Winners will also be required to verify their identity and provide proof of age.   

    Entry Procedure

    During the Promotion Period, entrants must:

    • be an Eligible Person; and
    • Purchase any 100ml Eilish fragrance (including Gift sets), at a Life Pharmacy store or online at www.lifepharmacy.co.nz and at the time of purchase, present their Living Rewards Card or have their Living Rewards Card number registered to the transaction. Entry into the draw is automatic at the time of purchase and provision of Living Rewards Member details. One (1) entry per transaction.

    Living Rewards Requirements

    All entries are registered to the primary Living Rewards member account, including those purchases made
    by the Additional Cardholder. Living Rewards accounts must be a full valid account at the time of the Draw, any temporary, invalid or incomplete accounts will not qualify to win.

    Entrants must ensure that their Living Rewards contact details are complete and accurate prior to the Draw, as the winner will be contacted using the details in the Living Reward account. The customer must be opted in to received Living Rewards marketing communication to be eligible to enter. Life Pharmacy may exclude an entry that has incomplete or inaccurate contact information. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time the Living Rewards card is scanned andregistered in the Living Rewards system  The Life Pharmacy Living Rewards system mustrecord an entrant’s Living Rewards Member number and details in order for anentrant to receive an entry into the Draw, however, the Promoter and GreenCross Health (Life Pharmacy) takes no responsibility for late or lost entries, or where a person’s Living Rewards details are not received correctly as a result of computer, technical or human error.

    At the time of the Prize draw there must be at least one valid sale transaction (returns made will be netted off from sales) made during the Promotion Period registered against the Living Rewards Member’s account in order for the Living Rewards Member to be eligible to claim the Prize.

    Participating Products

    Any 100ml Billie Eilish Fragrance purchased at Life Pharmacy New Zealand stores andpaid for in full by the Entrant (and not returned). Includes Gift sets.

    Entry Restrictions

    Participating Product must be purchased and transacted in a Life Pharmacy store or online at www.lifepharmacy.co.nz and reside in New Zealand. (Phone orders and not eligible for entry)

    Total Number of Entries for Promotion

    One (1) entry per
    transaction.

    Maximum Number of Entries per Entrant

    Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is valid, and is associated with a separate qualifying transaction in relation to the purchase of a Participating Product which has not been the subject of a return.

    Draw Details

    The first valid entry drawn at random will be deemed the Winner after verification by the Promoter.

    Prize Details

    The Prize will be drawn at random. Prize will be awarded after verification requirements of the Promoter are satisfied.

    Prize includes:

    2 x General Admission Tickets to Billie Eilish’s Hit me Hard & Soft concert in Melbourne on 5th March 2025.  & Flights and accommodation for 2 Days and 1 night for the winner and their guest.

    Any additional costs are borne by the winner of the competition.

    Prize Conditions

    All components of the Prize must be taken together. Prize must be taken during the Redemption Period (20-17 February 2025) or the Winner forfeits the Prize.

    The prize includes flights and accommodation for the winner and their companion, with travel dates fixed to align with the event (e.g., concert date). The winner will be provided with specific flights and hotel accommodations, which may be subject to availability and restrictions. The flight is generally in economy class, and the accommodation will be a standard room, double occupancy. Both the winner and their companion must travel together and attend the event. In accordance with New Zealand law, if the winner is under 18 years of age, they must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to claim the prize, and the parent or legal guardian will need to accompany the minor to the event. The flight date and time are fixed and cannot be changed. To claim the prize, the winner must book their flights and accommodation through the designated process within the specified time frame. Failure to meet these conditions may result in forfeiture of the prize.

    The Prize does not include travel insurance, which is highly recommended if traveling long distances. The Prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash. The name on the ticket must appear exactly as written in the Winner’s personal identification and that of the Winner’s travelling companions. The Promoter or Agent is not responsible for denied entry due to an incorrect name supplied or any errors in booking caused by incorrect information provided by the Winner or their companion.

    All additional costs which are not expressly stated in this Schedule to be part of the Prize, but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of a Prize, are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion and are NOT included in the Prize. Such additional costs include, without limitations, meals and beverages, activities, tickets or passes, room service, telephone calls, spending money, transfers, taxes including arrival and departure taxes (if applicable), insurance, travel insurance, excess payable on insurance claims (if applicable). The Winner is solely responsible for their arrival and departure of their travel companion throughout the travel period, at their own expense.

    The Winner agrees to abide to any prevailing terms and conditions of the ticket provider, and in particular, any health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. No compensation will be payable by the Agent of the Promoter if a Winner or their travel companion, are unable to use any element of the Prize as stated for whatever reason, including ejection, delay, refusal of entry into or departure from the show. The tickets are subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of use, are only valid for use within the stated duration on the tickets, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. Any part of a Prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited by the Winner.

    The Promoter reserves the right to require the Winner and their companion to sign any legal documentation as and, in the form, required by the Promoter, Agent, or suppliers of Prizes, in their absolute discretion including without limitation a form of waiver or release with respect to acceptance or usage of the Prize, or any liability arising out of or in relation to the Prize or this Promotion.

    Notification of Winners

    The Winner will be notified via phone and or email, as recorded in Living Rewards no later than 10 February 2025.

    Prize Claim Date

    The Prize must be claimed by 12:00pm NZDT, Thursday 13 February 2025

    Claim Instructions

    The Winner will be contacted by telephone and via email by the Promoter and provided with details as to how to claim the Prize. 

    Unclaimed Prize Arrangements

    If the Prize remains unclaimed or unallocated because of incorrect, inaccurate or inactive Life Rewards Member Program account at the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter, will conduct a second chance draw to award any unclaimed Prize/s as follows:

    Safety

    The Winner and companion accepts the Prize at their own risk. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including state and local government websites.

    Privacy

    By entering the competition, the winner consents to being contacted in connection to this competition from the Promoter or its approved agency or competition partner. Personal information will used in line with the Life Pharmacy Privacy Policy and for the purposes of facilitating this competition.

    The Winner and their companion consent for the Promoter to supply their personal information to the Agent or associated agencies in order to facilitate the Competition and redemption of the Prize.

  • Customer Feedback Competition

    1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in Green Cross Health Customer Feedback Competition ("competition") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    Promoter

    2. The promoter of the competition is Green Cross Health Ltd, Millennium Centre, Ground Floor, Building B, 602 Great South Road, Ellerslie, Auckland, 1542 ("Promoter").

    Competition Period

    3. The period of this competition begins at 12:00am (AEDT) on 15th January 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 14th July 2025 (“competition Period”). Only entries received during the relevant prize draw entry period, as set out in clause 10, will be eligible for the prize related to that prize draw entry period.

    Eligibility to Enter

    4. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who are current or former customers of Green Cross Health brands which include Life Pharmacy and Unichem and who have received a promotional SMS or email from the Promoter.

    5. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, related body corporate of the Promoter, and any agency associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

    How to Enter

    6. To enter the competition, an eligible entrant must complete one of the following mechanics during the competition Period:

    (A) Email Entry: (i) click on the link provided in the email that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional website; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional survey and submit the fully completed survey.

    (B) SMS Entry: (i) click on the link provided in the SMS that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional website; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional website and submit the fully completed survey.

    7. For the sake of clarity, the entrant will be the person whose name is registered on the Life Pharmacy or Unichem account relevant to the email address submitted on entry (email entry) or the mobile phone used to enter (for SMS entry).

    8. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.

    9. Only those entrants that complete the survey will be entered into the relevant prize draw.

    Prize Draw

    10. Entries open and close for the draw on the date and time specified in the table below. The prize draw will be conducted by random selection by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd, St Kilda Road Towers, Level 1, 1 Queens Rd, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004 at 12 noon AEDT on the date specified in the table below.

    11. The winner of the prize draw period will be notified by telephone or email within two (2) days of the draw. The winner’s name will be published on www.lifepharmacy.co.nz and www.unichem.co.nz within 7 days of the relevant draw.

    Prizes

    12. One valid entry drawn from the prize draw will win a NZ$1,000 VISA gift card.

    13. The VISA Gift Card will be posted to the winner by registered mail, at the Promoter’s cost and is valid until the relevant expiry date shown on the VISA Gift Card. The VISA Gift Card is subject to its terms of issue and may not be accepted by all retailers. The Promoter accepts no liability for a defective VISA Gift Card however, if necessary, the Promoter will provide reasonable assistance to a winner to ensure a replacement VISA Gift Card is provided in such circumstances.

    14. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the VISA Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the VISA Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the VISA Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the VISA Gift Card.

    Unclaimed Prize Draw

    15. The Promoter will take all reasonable endeavours to make contact with the winner.

    16. If the prize is still unclaimed after three calendar months of the original prize draw, Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd on behalf of the Promoter will conduct a further draw for the prize, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw. The date for the draw would be on 17th October 2025.

    17. The winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and SMS within two (2) days of the re-draw. The winner’s name will be published at www.lifepharmacy.co.nz and www.unichem.co.nz within 7 days of the relevant re-draw.

    Personal Information of entrants

    18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties for the purposes of the competition, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers (including without limitation Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd), prize suppliers and, as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

    General

    19. An incomplete, indecipherable or inaudible entry will be deemed invalid and removed from the relevant draw. Any entry, which contains one or more gibberish answers, will be deemed invalid. Entries that contain racist or inappropriate comments or language will also be deemed invalid.

    20. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment. Entries into the competition will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of submission by the entrant.

    21. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

    22. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

    23. This is not a game of skill. The single prize winner will be selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd on behalf of the Promoter at random through an automatic selection process.

    24. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    25. The total value of the prize pool is NZ$1,000.

    26. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in any other form (including not being able to be taken as cash).

    27. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

    28. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.

    29. Any entrant who automatically enters into the competition when they provide feedback who no longer wishes to participate in the competition can email support@feedbackasap.com and request for their entry to be removed from the relevant draw.

  • Christmas Cash in Spin and Win

    Promotion Period: This promotion is valid for purchases made between 16th and 20th December 2024.

    Eligible Purchases: The promotion applies exclusively to Beauty & Fragrance purchases.

    Discount Application: The discount will be applied to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP)of eligible products.The discount will not be applied to items that are already discounted. If the discounted price of an item is lower than the potential discount from the promo code, the promo code will not be applied.

    Choose your Christmas Bauble Mechanics: Customers may pick a Christmas Bauble once per day during the promotion period. Only one promo code may be used per order.

  • Living Rewards
    1. The Living Rewards programme is operated by Green Cross Health.
    2. Living Rewards is exclusive to Unichem and Life Pharmacy.
    3. Membership is free.
    4. You must have a valid email address to be eligible to be a member of the Living Rewards programme.

    6. By applying for and using your Living Rewards card, you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    7. Each member of Living Rewards is bound to the full terms and conditions of the programme, that may vary from time to time.

    8. Green Cross Health may cancel, withdraw, or alter the programmes, including these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion. Green Cross Health reserves the right to alter the reward rate at any time.

    9. Green Cross Health may cancel any membership of the Living Rewards programme at any time in its absolute discretion.

    10. On cancellation of the Living Rewards programme or membership of the Living Rewards programme all accrued points are forfeited. Green Cross Health will honour current Reward Vouchers providing they have not expired.

    11. The standard rate of points collection is:
    Retail Items:

    • One Living Rewards point for every dollar spent on eligible retail items using Swedish rounding at product level, not on total transaction spend.
    • To earn points members must either present their Living Rewards card or provide an email address or mobile number at time of purchase for points to be allocated to their membership profile.

    Prescription Items:

    • One Living Rewards point will be allocated per prescription item on the initial prescription only. Refer to point 12.
    • To earn points members must either present their Living Rewards card or provide an email address or mobile number at time of purchase for points to be allocated to their membership profile.

    12. Free Prescriptions:

    • One Living Rewards point will be allocated per prescription item on the initial prescription only.
    • Living Rewards points are not available on repeat prescriptions.
    • To earn points members must either present their Living Rewards card or provide an email address or mobile number at time of purchase for points to be allocated to their membership profile.

    13. Charges relating to partially funded or unfunded medicine prescriptions may apply.

    14. A customer can join the Living Rewards programme and earn points the same day.

    15. If we identify that you hold two or more cards, we may merge them into one account at our discretion. You may hold only one card and membership number. Memberships and cards cannot be held jointly.

    16. Green Cross Health does not send any communication to addresses outside of New Zealand. Living Rewards is a New Zealand-based loyalty programme. All members must also have a valid email address.

    17. Living Rewards is a consumer rewards programme, available for individuals only, not organisations or groups. Your Living Rewards account is not transferable and can only be used by the person whose name corresponds with the member profile. A member may terminate his or her membership in the Living Rewards programme at any time by giving notice in writing and returning his or her card to Green Cross Health. All accrued points are automatically forfeited on termination.

    18. Bulk buyers do not qualify to receive Living Rewards points on purchases, including when the purchases are transacted as multiple purchases/transactions.

    19. Green Cross Health reserves the right to notify law enforcement agencies and to pursue any remedies that may be available in the case of improper use or fraudulent activity to the loyalty programme or any other systems.

    20. Green Cross Health reserves the right to exclude some promotions/products from accumulating Living Rewards points. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for points collection and redemption in store and online without notice.

    21. If you return a product for refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Living Rewards account for that product. If a reward voucher was triggered as a result of the product purchase which has now been returned, Green Cross Health reserves the right to cancel the voucher also.

    22. Your Living Rewards card must be presented, or an email address or mobile number provided at time of purchase to earn points. If you make a purchase online, you must log into your Living Rewards account prior to placing the order. Points cannot be retrospectively allocated once a purchase is complete.

    23. Any discrepancies in points balance or rewards must be reported to Green Cross Health promptly, otherwise the points balance and rewards issued will be deemed to be correct and binding on the member. Green Cross Health's decision on any such dispute is final and binding.

    24. Reward vouchers may only be redeemed upon presentation of the Living Rewards card (or appropriate ID) that corresponds with the membership number appearing on the Member profile.

    25. Living Rewards Vouchers expire 1 month from the date of issue.

    26. Living Rewards Points will not be earned on the redemption of Vouchers.

    27. Living Rewards Vouchers must be used in one visit. No change or credit will be given.

    28. Living Rewards points can be earned at any participating Unichem or Life Pharmacy and www.lifepharmacy.co.nz.

    29. Living Rewards points will be earned for purchases of products and services in-store and online excluding the following: gift cards, hearing aids and audiology services, calling cards and mobile phone top-ups, beauty services, booking fees, hire equipment fees, NZ Post goods and services, shipping and handling, gift wrapping and any other products or services GXH advises from time to time. Living Rewards points will be earned on the redemption of gift vouchers, not the purchase of gift vouchers. Living Rewards vouchers cannot be redeemed against money owing on accounts or layby transactions.

    30. When you accumulate 150 Points within a 12-month rolling period a $10 Living Rewards voucher will be available for you to spend when you next shop at a participating Unichem or Life Pharmacy or online at www.lifepharmacy.co.nz. Any remaining points not falling within a multiple of 150 will represent your new points balance. Rewards Vouchers are electronic and not transferable.

    31. All Living Rewards points expire 12 months from the date on which they were earned.

    32. If your Living Rewards Card is lost, stolen or damaged you must advise us as soon as possible that it is lost, stolen or damaged. You can request a new card upon visiting one of our stores. Green Cross Health does not accept any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged card or any loss or theft of points or vouchers resulting from that loss, theft or damage.

    33. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Green Cross Health will not be liable for any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Living Rewards programme, including but not limited to, where arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties, network failures, virus or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control); (b) any loss, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference with or of points, vouchers, membership information or the Living Rewards card; (c) any points or vouchers that are not properly recorded against a member’s Living Rewards card; and (d) participation in, or termination of, the Living Rewards programme.

    34. “Eligibility Age” Members must be 13 years or older in order to join the Living Rewards programme. Minors require adult or parental consent.

    1.   
    Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and
    Conditions. Participation in Green Cross Health Customer Feedback Competition ("competition") is
    deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    Promoter

    2.   
    The promoter of the competition is Green Cross Health Ltd, Millennium Centre, Ground Floor, Building B, 602 Great South Road,
    Ellerslie, Auckland, 1542 ("Promoter").

    Competition Period

    3.   
    The period of this competition begins at 12:00am (AEDT) on 15th
    January 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 14th July 2025 (“competition Period”). Only entries received during the relevant prize draw
    entry period, as set out in clause 10, will be eligible for the prize related
    to that prize draw entry period.

    Eligibility to Enter

    Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who are current or former customers of
    Green Cross Health brands which include Life Pharmacy and Unichem and who have
    received a promotional SMS or email from the Promoter.

    5.   
    Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, related
    body corporate of the Promoter, and any agency associated with this competition
    are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following:
    spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural
    or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle,
    aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

    How to Enter

    To enter the competition, an eligible entrant must complete one of the
    following mechanics during the competition Period:

    (A)  Email Entry: (i) click on the link provided
    in the email that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional
    website; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all
    the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional survey and submit
    the fully completed survey.

    (B)  SMS Entry: (i) click on the link provided
    in the SMS that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional
    website; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all
    the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional website and submit
    the fully completed survey.

    For the sake of clarity, the entrant will be the person whose name is
    registered on the Life Pharmacy or Unichem account relevant to the email
    address submitted on entry (email entry) or the mobile phone used to enter (for
    SMS entry).

    8.   
    Only one (1) entry is permitted
    per person.

     

    9.   
    Only those entrants that
    complete the survey will be entered into the relevant prize draw.

     

    Prize Draw

    10. Entries open and close for the draw on the date and time specified
    in the table below. The prize draw will be conducted by random selection by Feedback
    ASAP Pty Ltd, St Kilda Road Towers, Level 1, 1 Queens Rd, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004 at 12 noon AEDT on the date specified in the table below.

    11.
    The winner of the prize draw period will be notified by telephone or
    email within two (2) days of the draw. The winner’s name will be published on www.lifepharmacy.co.nz and www.unichem.co.nz within 7 days of the relevant
    draw.

     

    Prizes

     

    12. One valid entry drawn from the
    prize draw will win a NZ$1,000 VISA gift card.

     

    13. The VISA Gift Card will be posted
    to the winner by registered mail, at the Promoter’s cost and is valid until the relevant
    expiry date shown on the VISA Gift Card. 
    The VISA Gift Card is subject to its terms of issue and may not be
    accepted by all retailers. The Promoter accepts no liability for a defective VISA
    Gift Card however, if necessary, the Promoter will provide reasonable
    assistance to a winner to ensure a replacement VISA Gift Card is provided in
    such circumstances. 

     

    14.  Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming
    the VISA Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the VISA Gift Card
    will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the VISA Gift Card is subject to any
    terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the VISA Gift
    Card.

     

     

     

     

    Unclaimed Prize Draw

     

    15. The Promoter will take all
    reasonable endeavours to make contact with the winner.

     

    16. If the prize is still unclaimed
    after three calendar months of the original prize draw, Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd on behalf of the Promoter will conduct a
    further draw for the prize, subject to any directions from any regulatory
    authority. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and
    place as the original draw. The date for the draw would be on 17th October 2025.

    Personal Information of entrants

     

    18. The Promoter collects personal
    information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose,
    disclose such information to third parties for the purposes of the competition,
    including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers (including
    without limitation Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd), prize suppliers and, as required, to New Zealand regulatory
    authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants
    should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to
    the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

     

    General

     

     

    19. An incomplete, indecipherable or
    inaudible entry will be deemed invalid and removed from the relevant draw. Any
    entry, which contains one or more gibberish answers, will be deemed invalid. Entries
    that contain racist or inappropriate comments or language will also be deemed
    invalid.

     

    20. The Promoter takes no
    responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or
    misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications
    service or equipment. Entries into the competition will be deemed accepted at
    the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of submission by the
    entrant.

     

    21. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity
    of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
    residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in
    accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry
    process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
    Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
    constitute a waiver of those rights.

     

    22. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter
    reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the
    entrant.

     

    23. This is not a game of skill. The single prize winner will be
    selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd on behalf of the Promoter at random through
    an automatic selection process.

    24. The Promoter’s decision is final
    and no correspondence will be entered into.

    25. The total value of the prize pool
    is NZ$1,000.

    26. The prizes are not transferable
    or exchangeable and cannot be taken in any other form (including not being able
    to be taken as cash).

    27. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
    reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value
    and/or specification, subject
    to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

    28. If this competition is interfered
    with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated
    due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but

    permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written
