WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR

Sometimes a headache is a sign of a more serious problem. You should get a headache checked right away if you have a really severe headache that comes on suddenly ‘out of the blue’, nausea, a stiff neck, rash, fever, shakes or you’re sensitive to light (these are warning signs of meningococcal disease or meningitis). See your doctor if a headache follows a head injury. Call Healthline on 0800 611 116 if you are unsure what you should do.

If you get headaches occasionally, visit your local Life Pharmacy and speak with your Pharmacist who can recommend a product that’s right for you.
