  • What login details do I use for this site?

    To login here at lifepharmacy.co.nzyou use the same email address and password that you use to login on livingrewards.co.nz. Your account details including Living Rewards points balance and any vouchers available to you are shared across the two sites.

  • Where is my online order history?

    We’ve recently upgraded the system behind our website, and are only able to display your online order history on orders made from 1st of April, 2024.

    To view your recent online order history, sign in at the top right of the site (on desktop computers) then click on your email address also at the top right, to select 'Order History'. 

    If you need details of what you have ordered in the past, please contact us and we will do our best to provide this information for you.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Our target delivery timeframes from the time that your order is dispatched are as follows:

    New Zealand

    • 1-3 working days to North Island metro areas
    • 3-5 working days to South Island metro areas and outer islands
    • 4-6 working days for rural areas

    Rest of world

    • 8-12 working days

    Please note that these timeframes are a guideline only and we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes due to events and circumstances outside of our control.

  • How do I know if my order has been sent?

    Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email to let you know it's on it's way. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder.

    If you have not received the email within a few days please contact our customer services team.

  • Why can't I find a particular product on your website?

    Currently the full range of products found in Life Pharmacy stores is not available to purchase online. We are working hard to increase the range you can buy online so please bear with us, and check back again soon. In the meantime, a wider range than what you see online is available in our stores.

  • Does pricing differ online vs store?

    Please note product range and pricing may vary by store.

  • Can I get my prescription filled online?

    No, we do not currently offer an online prescriptions service.

  • Which types of over the counter medications can I buy online?

    Products which are classed as "pharmacy only" can be purchased online. These are items which you cannot buy in a supermarket or anywhere other than a pharmacy due to strength or volume of the product. Note that these products will have quantity restrictions.

    Some products which are classed as "pharmacist only" can be purchased online. These items require pharmacist approval and contact before getting delivered to you.

  • How do I return a product?

    We are happy to accept returns of eligible products provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return. 

    Please call us on 0800 753 423 Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm to arrange your return.

  • I ordered the wrong product by mistake, can I swap it for another product?

    Please contact our customer services team who will be able to arrange an exchange provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return.

  • Can I return a product purchased in-store via Life Pharmacy online?

    If you purchased an item from a Life Pharmacy store you will need to arrange your return with that branch directly, as their returns policy may vary.

  • Can I return a product purchased online to one of your stores?

    No, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of online purchases at our stores.

Living Rewards Points

  • When will my points appear on my account?

    Living Rewards points are added to your account 3-5 minutes after an online purchase. Double and Triple points promotions are applied within 3-5 minutes.

  • Will I earn points when I shop online?

    Yes, when you purchase eligible products online at lifepharmacy.co.nz you will earn Living Rewards points.

  • How many Living Rewards points will I earn for my purchase?

    The number of points that you can earn by purchasing a product is normally shown on the product details page. However please note that some products (for example gift cards) are not eligible to earn points and points are not issued in conjunction with some promotional offers. For any questions, please contact our customer service team.

  • How do I earn points?

    Every time you shop in a Unichem or Life Pharmacy and swipe your Living Rewards card you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on retail purchases and 1 point per paid perscription item. Sign in with your Living Rewards account details when you shop online at lifepharmacy.co.nz and you will earn points here too.

    Points are allocated per item using Swedish rounding, not on total transaction spend. See the question below for exclusions.

  • How much do I need to spend to earn points?

    Once you have earned 150 points you will receive a $10 Living Rewards Voucher.

  • Do my points expire?

    Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned.

  • How do I know how many points I have?

    After joining Living Rewards online you can view your account dashboard when you sign-in on Life Pharmacy Online.

  • What is not eligible for Living Rewards points?

    You will earn points on most products, however gift cards, gift wrapping and delivery fees are excluded. Additionally, you will not earn points for any products which are paid for with Living Rewards vouchers. When shopping in-store, hearing aids, audiology services, calling cards, mobile top-ups and beauty therapy services are also excluded.

  • How many points do I earn when the price is not a round number?

    Points are calculated $1 = 1 point for each eligible retail item using Swedish rounding, not on total transaction spend. That means if the price of an eligible item is $19.99, you will earn 20 points, but if the price is $19.49, you will earn 19 points.

Living Rewards Vouchers

  • Can I pay for my online purchase using Living Rewards vouchers?

    Yes, you can now use your Living Rewards voucher to pay for online purchases of eligible items. Just sign in above with your Living Rewards card number or email address, and you will see any vouchers that are available to you during the checkout process.

  • When do I get issued a Living Rewards voucher?

    You will be issued a voucher when you reach a balance of 150 Living Rewards points.

  • Can I use my voucher for the same transaction that I earn it from?

    No, you cannot earn and use a single voucher within the same transaction. You also will not earn points for any products which are paid for by vouchers.

  • When do vouchers expire?

    Vouchers expire 30 days from the date they are issued.
