How do I return a product?
We are happy to accept returns of eligible products provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return. Please call us on 0800 753 423 Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm to arrange your return. Please see our returns policy or contact our customer services team for further information.
I ordered the wrong product by mistake, can I swap it for another product?
Please contact our customer services team who will be able to arrange an exchange provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return.
Can I return a product purchased in-store via Life Pharmacy online?
If you purchased an item from a Life Pharmacy store you will need to arrange your return with that branch directly, as their returns policy may vary. Find your local Life Pharmacy contact details here.
Can I return a product purchased online to one of your stores?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of online purchases at our stores.
