When using a new Alcon Contact Lens Case, rinse the case with OPTI-FREETM PureMoistTM Solution before use to remove any debris.
Thoroughly wet each side of the lens with OPTI-FREETM PureMoistTM Solution.
Rub each side of the lens for 10 seconds (for a total rubbing time of 20 seconds).
Rinse each side of the lens for 10 seconds with a steady stream of OPTI-FREETM PureMoistTM Solution (for a total rinsing time of 20 seconds).
Fill your Alcon Contact Lens Case with fresh OPTI-FREETM PureMoistTM Solution. Store lenses in the closed lens case overnight or at least 6 hours. After soaking, lenses are disinfected and ready to wear.
If any debris remains on contact lenses, rinse with OPTI-FREETM PureMoistTM Solution prior to insertion. You may leave your lenses in the unopened lens case containing OPTI-FREETM PureMoistTM Solution for up to 30 days. After this time, your lenses must be cleaned and disinfected with OPTI-FREETM PureMoistTM Solution prior to wear.
After use, always empty and clean the Alcon Contact Lens Case by rinsing with fresh OPTI-FREETM PureMoistTM Solution. Do not wash the lens case with water.
Before allowing the lens case to air dry, be sure that no residual solution remains in the case.
