Capsules are in a unique aluminium foil blister pack (Alu-Alu) for guaranteed shelf life and do not need refrigeration. If taking antibiotics, take at least 3 hours before or after each dose.

Antibiotic Therapy: This product can be taken with antibiotic medication provided it is at a different time of the day (e.g. first thing in the morning and/or last thing at night). This protects the bacteria in this product from being destroyed by the antibiotics.
